The Octane Athletics 70.3 Group Training program is targeted for athletes that want to perform their best at the 70.3 distance and favors the quality of the training over the quantity of it. This plan includes benchmark testing, methods to calculate training and racing zones, periodized training, taper planning, clinics/seminars, and metal preparation throughout the 16-week plan.

It is the perfect plan for Ironman 70.3 Texas (Galveston) and Ironman Oceanside or any other early season 70.3 race.

EVERY WORKOUT CAN BE EXPORTED TO YOUR GARMIN, TO TRAINER ROAD, ZWIFT, ETC. This increases the quality of the workouts and saves you time.

About Coach Avram Carter

Avram is working towards a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology at Texas Women's University to gain a better understanding of how the human body reacts to exercise and to be better able to coach athletes with the best methods possible. Avram is a servant leader and gives so much to the sport through his willingness to share his knowledge. Avram is als a very successful athlete, who has finished several 70.3 races in under 5 hours. Avram is currently training for Ironman Boulder, his first, which he will complete in 2018.
