Episode 45: A Coach’s life on Athlete’s Race Day. Retaining Fitness in the Off / Down Season. Out Take: Caulk. The word is Caulk.The guys start out with some of their normal banter and a few shout outs to athletes that recently completed (and shredded) their A-Races. Coach Dave shares some insight on what it’s like to be a coach on race day when his athletes are out there on course.
