IronCowboy-FIWe got 30 minutes with the Iron CowboyJames Lawrence who couldn’t have been a nicer guy.

Who is James Lawrence, the IronCowboy?

James is a husband.  I am a proud father of four daughters and a son.  James is an athlete.  He competes in endurance races and Ironman Triathlons.  He currently holds two world record in 70.3 and 140.6 triathlon racing.  Most recently, he did something that people couldn’t have imagined… he finished 50 Ironman triathlons, in 50 consecutive days, through all 50 States. As if that’s not enough to impress you, he did it for an amazing cause… to fight Childhood Obesity benefitting the Jamie Oliver US Food Foundation. The missing isn’t over… head over to James’ IronCowboy.co website and DONATE!

His 50/50/50 was amazing and even though he gave us much more than this, we wanted to know two things….

  1. Walk us through some details about how you trained for something like this.
  2. Tell us what is next for Team Iron Cowboy (James, Sunny, their kids, the wingmen, and his fans)
James more than covered these two main themes, including announcing for the first time publicly what he called the IC Epic 5, where James is going to give all of us a chance to do 1, 3, or 5 Ironman Distance Triathlons in a week in beautiful Park City, Utah.
