We love to make ourselves a little uncomfortable so that we can get better and learn new things. With that said, on July 28, 2015 we did our first LIVE show from TriShop in Plano, TX. We sat down with Trent Nix, arguably the best bike fitter in the area if not the state. He’s has completed over 1,000 rider’s bike fits and is a Slowtwitch and Retul Master Bike Fitter. Trent dropped a lot of notable information on us, so get your pad and pen ready for this one.
